The Loyal Edmonton Regiment Museum

The Museum has a large collection specific to the history of the Regiment but also important to the military history of Alberta and Canada. The collection spans the years from the late-nineteenth century to the present and includes extensive artefact and archival holdings. We also have an ever increasing reference library of books and military references.

A selection of artefacts is displayed in two galleries plus display cabinets outside the galleries. Our Virtual Museum allows visitors to our web site to view some of the artefacts currently on display in our museum as well as other important artefacts from our collection.

Our extensive artefact collection includes uniforms, weapons, medals, and the many other items that define a soldier's experience.

Our archival holdings include many document and photographic materials related to the regiment, as well as other military units in Edmonton and in Alberta.

Our reference library collection includes many books, periodicals, and military references related to the air, sea, and land forces of Canada and other nations.
